How it works
- You may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date for any reason.
- Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.
- To request a refund, visit paddle.net (where Paddle keeps a record of your order) or contact our support team through the in-app support channel and we will assist.
- Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page, which opens your Paddle customer portal. After cancellation you will retain access through the end of your current billing period.
